Become a Member of Fitzroy Centre
Fitzroy Centre is a free and voluntary service for adults who have experienced mental illness and are between the ages of 18 and 65 at the time of their application. If you would like more information or to book a tour to learn more about Fitzroy Centre, please contact us by phone at (902) 566-5111. We would be happy to answer your questions and show you around our Clubhouse!
If you are interested in becoming a member to access our services and supports, please print and complete the Application for Membership (PDF) form with a health professional, such as your family doctor or clinical support worker. Please submit your completed application to:
